LISTERINE 21-Day Post Challenge Recap - The Results Are In!

 My LISTERINE 21-Day Challenge has come to an end and even though the challenge itself is over, I have to say that I am definitely impressed with these results and will be continuing to not only incorporate the healthy habits I stuck to over these last 21 days, I will also continue to use these fantastic LISTERINE products!  Just to recap for those of you that missed my initial post you can read about it here where I discussed my excitement to join the challenge and incorporate my own goal of flossing more regularly.  You can also read about the products that I used for my challenge which included LISTERINE Antiseptic, LISTERINE SMART RINSE (for the kids!), LISTERINE WHITENING Original Gel Fluoride Anticavity Toothpaste, and Reach Floss.

I stuck to my goal and had my family join me as well in staying diligent during the challenge with brushing, flossing, and rinsing twice a day.  I can definitely tell a huge improvement in my gum health by sticking to the plan of flossing twice a day.  My gums are not swollen in certain areas and they look healthier overall!  I also love how the LISTERINE products keep your mouth feeling clean all day long, especially the LISTERINE WHITENING Original Gel Fluoride Anticavity Toothpaste.  I had never tried this particular toothpaste before and now I am hooked!  It gives your mouth a fresh clean that you can really feel when you're done brushing!  My whole family did a great job sticking through this challenge with me and we have healthier mouths now thanks to LISTERINE.  It's not too late for you and your family to get started on your own LISTERINE 21-Day Challenge, so why wait?  Your mouth will thank you!
