For those of you who love Pinterest, looking at all the wonderful pins (especially the food) is addicting! For those of you who aren't on Pinterest, go check it out immediately! I have been pinning and re-pinning a lot of tasty looking recipes lately, so I decided for this weeks meals I wanted to try some out. Of course not everything I will be making this week will be from Pinterest finds. Most of these are just for the hubby and kids, as I am a vegetarian. Since I'm watching my weight, Mom here will be enjoying some salads and fresh fruits and veggies. I am going to substitute the chicken broth for vegetable broth in the Spicy Peanut Veggie Pasta below so I can enjoy it. I love me some Thai food!
