I had the amazing opportunity to review one of Rayovac's wonderful flashlights and I was truly excited!  I have been wanting to try an L.E.D. flashlight since I've heard about how much brighter they are from friends and family who swear by them.  When I heard I would be reviewing the Rayovac Roughneck L.E.D. Focus Control Flashlight (pictured above), I knew this was going to be an exciting opportunity!

I have to tell you that the high power L.E.D. feature on this flashlight is no joke!  As soon as I popped in the batteries and turned it on I noticed how much brighter of a light output it gave compared to my generic non L.E.D. household flashlights.  Another aspect I liked is how durable this flashlight is.  I learned that this particular model can withstand a 5 foot drop and is also water resistant!  That is great for me, since I have little ones that love to run off and play with my flashlights.  I don't have to worry with this flashlight that they will drop it and ruin it.

We took the Rayovac Roughneck L.E.D. Focus Control Flashlight out with us to our local haunted corn maze.  Since this maze is in the dark, even walking up to the maze entrance was made simpler with this flashlight!  It's nice to have the focus control so that you can control what you want to focus on and "light up".  I am definitely planning on taking this flashlight out with us Halloween night!
