Junior Varsity Naturals is a company that was started by two life long friends that noticed a need for a kids deodorant.  With the realization that brand name deodorants contained harmful chemicals not suitable for children, these two friends developed a kids deodorant that was not only safe, but effective against odor!

Did you know leading brands of deodorant, and even some claiming to be "all natural" contain parabens (linked to breast cancer) and glycols (used to make antifreeze)?

Junior Varsity Naturals not only tells you what is in their deodorant, they explain it to you!

Junior Varsity Naturals Ingredients:

Glycerin: From vegetable oil. Used to retain skin's moisture
Aqua: Water
Sodium Stearate: From steraic acid (from vegetable oil)
Ethylhexylglycerin:Derived from vegetable glycerin
Polysorbate: Derived from Lauric Acid from coconut oil
Fragrance: Derived from essence oils

Thanks to Junior Varsity Naturals, I had the wonderful opportunity to review these products with my daughters!  I admit I was skeptical if a truly "natural" deodorant would be effective in fighting odor.  My girls had to start wearing deodorant at a young age and I had already tried a leading natural deodorant that just did not do the trick!  

First off, not only did these deodorants smell good, they also worked to fight odor!  My girls love to play outside with their friends for hours on end, and when they come inside, I do not have to deal with any funky odors whatsoever anymore!

I will admit I knew that it was important for kids to use natural deodorant, my pediatrician had recommended it.  I had given up though after a failed natural deodorant attempt and was settling for letting them apply a thin coat daily of one of the leading deodorants. After reading just what's in these leading deodorants, and the fact that my children have been using them, I am cringing!  I wish I would have found Junior Varsity Naturals sooner!  Now that it has proven to work for our girls, I will never go back to leading deodorants for them again!
